I have been a customer of Scenic Landscaping for close to 20 years. Last year after paying for grub control my lawn cutting company showed me that my lawn was loaded with grubs (a service that I paid for) My front lawn was destroyed. I called the man who has been treating my lawn and showed him then damage. I told him that I wanted his company to repair it the next season, not to recharge me for grub control and reseed my lawn. They never got back to me. After 3 phone messages and 3 emails they still have never gotten back to me. And although they sent me a renewal contract which I didn't sign nor return they sent me a bill anyway which of course I didn't pay! This is extremely poor customer service, especially for a customer who had been with them this long. I have since had to pay another company quite a lot of money to repair my lawn. I saw another review with a similar story, no response to his complaint with the company as well. At this point I have no other choice other than to take them to small claims court, which I have tried to avoid! But still no response. Very poor customer service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

We have used Scenic for over ten years and have been very happy with their work. They come and cut our lawn weekly without being asked, but do not cut if there is a drought. They clean up our property every spring and get in ready to plant and clean up all our leaves.
