We purchased the doors through a well know company who recommended this contractor to us for installation. We were contacted promptly by Luciano Raiola who came out and measured the opening. Following that, an installation date was arranged by Luciano's wife, Phyl, who accommodated our work schedules and the fact that we had an extremely ill individual in the household. It poured rain on the originally scheduled installation date so the work could not be performed. However, Phyl had notified me the day before that if it rained as predicted they would not be coming and gave me another installation date immediately. When a snowstorm was predicted for the second date (which was a Saturday), Phyl called me on Friday morning to say that they were finishing up the previous job a little ahead of schedule and asked if they could come out that day to do the installation. We were most appreciative of this. When Luciano arrived on Friday afternoon to do the work, he hung heavy tarps over the open area to prevent the cold from coming into the house. They worked quickly and efficiently and had the old doors out and the new doors in much more quickly than we had anticipated. The results were wonderful...the new doors looked great and they were so well installed and tightly sealed that no cold air seeped in anywhere. The key lock had been on back order from the door company, and Luciano returned to install the lock as soon as it was available. Phyl kept in touch with me every step of the way and responded to all of my calls and e-mails promptly. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.
