I would recommend to anyone. The work done was amazing and I plan on using New Millennium for a lot more in my house. The owner made sure I was happy and couldn’t ask for much more all around great work.

excellent - work and professionalism was top notch

I hired New Millenium to replace my roof in 2013. I was given an estimate which wound up being approximately $1500 more than what was quoted because once the shingles were off, they claimed ALL the plywood was bad and it needed to be replaced. I also paid additional money to have an extra roll of the ice and water shield material installed to prevent ice damning and leaking. I still clean the edge of the roof with a roof rake at least four feet from the gutter to prevent any problems, but this year I had a major leak causing damage in my kitchen. I called the owner Kirk to come and take a look to see what the problem could be. He made an appointment and never showed up. I called him 4 more times and he never returned the call. With all new plywood and ice and water shield, this should not happen after 3 years. The fact that he is now blowing me off says he is not a man of integrity and now willing to stand behind his work. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

I will surely recommend them to anyone. They repeatedly expressed how they wanted to be sure I was happy with the work each step of the way, not just the workers but the owner as well. I had a shower custom designed with a bench and tiling throughout, the end result exceeded my expectations and looks better than I imagined. The work was mostly done by David who has worked for New Millennium for 20+ years, along with a few other workers, but he is truly a hard worked, dedicated, punctual, reliable and he does excellent tile work, which was my biggest concern when I was searching for a contractor. Again, I highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again in the future!

New Millenium did not honor their original estimates and kept increasing costs as the job went on. Their crews would not show up on their agreed upon dates.  They were not thorough in their clean up at all and left scaffolding on my roof when they left. Overall, this was not an honest or honorable organization to work with.

We purchased the door from Home Depot and they picked it up, but didn't notice that it was not the same direction as the original door and installed it anyway.  We called and asked them to reinstall it, and originally they said fine, no charge,but then came back and said it was too much work and they would have to charge us for the labor.  Eventually they agreed to discount the labor for reinstalling the door.  They did fix a leak in our roof.  But they were generally unresponsive.  I asked for an estimate of the work 4 times for the insurance company...never got an estimate. just the final bill.  And then a corrected bill that was $700 more than the first.  They just made way too many mistakes and were uncommunicative.  We wanted them to do other additional projects and they never followed up.  We give up and will not use them again.

IT WAS GOOD. I DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM WAS GOOD AND I WAS PLEASED. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED WITH ANYTHING THAT THEY DID FOR ME.
