We have an atrium window in the kitchen. Our window cracked across the width. Naturally, this happened late  on a Friday evening.
We spoke with Drew Gagnon of Mahopac Glass and he drove over to take a look at the window the next day.
He took the measurements and said because it is a custom order, the glass would take about two weeks to arrive. Since it was a double paned glass we were able to live with the cracked glass until the new one arrived.
 
Today, he and his crew installed the glass and once again we have our atrium window. Not only did he install it, but he was nice enough to remove a side screen from the window, take it outside and clean it off. They cleaned everything up and left the workspace immaculate.
We have had other work done by Mahopac Glass and have always been very pleased with the responsiveness of the company , and the perfection of the work. If you call them and they say they will be at your house at a certain time, consider it done. Drew and his crew are very responsible, personable and will not leave until the work is perfectly done.
We have a lot of glass in our house. With a big German Shepherd and Doberman running around, occasionally things break. Drew has replaced almost all of our glass shelves with safety tempered glass. 
I also appreciate the fact that whenever we have placed an order with Mahopac Glass, we never have to chase them down. We always receive a call that the glass item is in and they make an appointment to install the glass as soon as possible.
We are very pleased with the service and quality and recommend them highly.

I called Mahopac glass with a quote, and a price was given to me over the phone right away. Upon agreeing on the price they had to call me back to make an appointment to come and measure the table top and hutch. On the day of the measurement, they called to confirm the appointment. Shortly after the measurement they called me to inform me of the final price. The final price was a bit higher than the original quote but was adjusted with the final delivery price. I agreed on the price and they inform me it will take a couple of days to complete. Mahopac glass called me back the following day to inform me the glass was done and to confirm delivery which I agree to. One hour before the schedule delivery the driver called to let me know he was stuck at another job and won't be available until next morning. I told him it was fine and to just give me a call before he comes. The next morning he called like he promised and showed up shortly after. When the driver arrived, he made sure his shoes was clean and was very careful with our furnitures and also made sure to keep the glass clear of finger prints. Mahopac glass always communicated with me every step of the way. They exceeded my expectations even for a small job like mine. I highly recommend them for jobs large or small.

THEY SHOWED UP AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD, INSTALLED THE MIRROR AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD REFER THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
