JTECH Security Systems

After talking to a few providers I hired JTECH to install 3 cameras. The challenge to the installation was the house and the garage are 70' apart. Jason, ( the J in Jtech) gave me the options with the pros and cons. He spent quite a bit of time answering all my questions. The installation was performed perfectly by Jason. There was no mess left behind for me to clean up. He was very efficient in installing the 3 cameras and the wireless bridge. I would definitely recommend JTECH SECURITY SYSTEMS to anyone needing any type of security equipment and services.

I am a new mom who works full time.  I wanted to add some cameras so that I can check in on the nanny and family when i'm not at home.  My neighbors have an interactive system and are able to control their entire home from their smart phones, I thought that it would be perfect for me but probably out of my budget. I researched my options after comparing multiple quotes from local and national companies and decided to go with JTech Security Systems.
I was able to get next day appointment for an estimate. The owner of the company showed up. His name is Jason, He was very , personable and knowledgeable.  What I enjoyed about him the most is that he wasn't a pushy salesman, I didnt feel pressured or obligated as the other companies made me feel to sign up same day.  We discussed what my security concerns and goals were, Jason took his time and did a thorough walk through explaining potential security vulnerabilities that I overlooked, more importantly advised me on the lack of smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in my home. He also pointed out that my existing security system is hooked up to the telephone line which in the event of a burglary can be cut. New technology runs on cellular networks.  I never knew home security was can be so in depth.  Jason opened my eyes to all these potential threats. 
Out of all the security companies that showed up for estimates, Jason was the only one who came with a demo. It was great to be able to see and touch the products before I made a purchase. After careful consideration, I decided that Jtech was a good fit for my family and home. I upgraded my existing system for a new smart home security system.   The main panel is touch screen and visually intuitive. The best part is that I can totally control it from my Iphone or computer, not only does it control my alarm but it is also connected my cameras, lighting, thermostats, garage doors and front/back door locks in my home . If I forget to turn the thermostat down before I leave the house, it automatically goes down to a set temperature when I arm the system away. Making my home more energy efficient.  My favorite part is that I can keep an eye on my baby and pets anytime from work.  I can also let people into my home such as the dog walker or contractor...all from my phone.  I do not have to give out my alarm codes anymore or make copies of keys which can be duplicated or lost.  I am so happy that I got this system. Its not just a security system...it's part of my lifestyle. I am connected to my home and family while I'm away...that is so important for a working mom...to have that peace of mind.  I'm so grateful for this technology and to Jason for installing it and patiently teaching me how to use it as I am not so tech savvy.
Another great part of my experience is the price, it was so much more affordable than I thought. He was able to work within my budget. I love it and highly recommend JTECH over the bigger corporations because of high level of personal service, great technology and affordability. I am also having Jason install a system at my business location. I've already referred Jtech to my family and friends and they love it too!
Once you have a "smart home"...you can't picture how you ever lived with out it!
