Perfect. Showed up when they said. Fair price. Very clean and efficient. Even rearranged my basement, which I should have done admittedly, so they could work. Very personal service as opposed to the lager oil co's.

I just purchased my home a few months ago. The house was built in 1938 and has steam oil heat with big cast iron radiators. The shell of the furnace is original. I called Frank to come and Inspect heating system and tune oil furnace. At first glance, he wasn't too optimistic. He stated that the house would be good to create a 4 zone system for the house. I told him at this point we are interested in getting his thoughts on the system but needed to prioritize our projects. He also looked at the hot water heater, which we knew was getting close to the ends of its life. Frank opened up the furnace and showed me the caked soot in the furnace, which obviously had not be cleaned in a while. He got to work and I left him to his job for a while. After about 30 minutes or so, he was done. He then asked me to come down and showed me how a few things worked on the furnace and some things to watch out for. He told me that to his surprise the furnace was actually not too bad and could last another 10-15 years. It wasn't the most efficient in his opinion, but it would be costly to change it. He pointed out a pipe that he thought should be fixed the next time he came. Frank could have said the furnace was bad, and I wouldn't have known any better. I have used Frank for about 10 years now. No maintenance plan. I just call him every year and he comes. If I have an emergency, he always is there.

I used F.R. Heating, Inc. annually to clean and service my boiler-burner and they have performed efficiently and professionally. Frank (Owner) recently serviced my boiler with an oil-filter change on 09/08/2011 and was personable and professional. In the past, I called them to address a leak in the boiler room in which I thought was the water heater but found out was the water expansion pump tied to the boiler in which they replaced timely and averted a potentially serious problem that could have cracked the boiler. I am very satisfied with their services and recommend them highly.

F R Heating has always been dependable, reasonably priced, and does good work. Shows up when needed, even on weekends.
