Eagle Eye Home Inspection

This is our first home buying experience and it's a foreclosure so my husband and I wanted to make sure we had a great inspector on board. I spoke with several inspectors and Lance made me feel comfortable immediately. We had a month of last minute date changes leading up to the actual date of inspection (due to the home not being ready) and he was very flexible and patient with that. He arrived before I did and did an extremely thorough inspection, spending almost 3 hours at the house. As he did each section of the inspection, he stopped to explain everything he'd just looked at and his findings in terms that were easily understandable, taking time to answer any questions or concerns. He sent us a detailed report with everything he'd found including pictures within 2 days. Our experience was great, he was extremely thorough and I would highly recommend him for any home inspection needs.
