I got replacement storm windows from Elliot& Co. My house has been much less drafty since. This is my 3rd job from Elliot& Co. Always highly professional, affordable, timely, courteous, etc. I would highly recommend them.

This company and this crew did all that was promised and much more. They completed the job on time with the least inconvenience to us and cleaned up thoroughly leaving no mess for us to contend with.. They were knowledgeable and professional in everything they did. I would not hesitate to use them again and have already recommended them to friends, one of which already has an appointment for an estimate. They are not a "A", they are an "A"++. .

They did an excellent job! Arrived on time, were professional, knew exactly what they were doing and the price could not have been more reasonable. We will definitely use them again, we have many roofing needs.

Overall, the job went very well. The workers were courteous and worked well with us. However, we had to remind the workers to cover the front bushes, and found many nails on driveway, in garden and on walk when they left. The quality of the materials used was top-notch.

Great result. Neighbors and strangers are amazed by the improvement. Overall quality good but a few small details were overlooked and we had to go over the job several times with the foreman to get corrected. In doing so the company was outstanding-- they stood behind their work and did a great job of fixing the details even if they had to come back more than once. To be clear, these are very small items-- they forgot one 3 foot gutter, missed a couple of basement windows, had to re-caulk a couple of windows. Still great overall experience and found them to maximize the quality of work and materials for the price-- these guys are the best value for siding and we got about 10 different estimates. Look forward to the next house I may have to get done so I can call them again.

Met with Al the owner to get an estimate. Al was very pleasant to deal with. There was a slight delay in receiving some of the materials from the manufacturer, but essentially work was started when he said it would be. Windows were replaced first - this took about 1 day. Siding work began immediately after. Al's crew was on the job every day until the work was complete. The foreman on the job was always happy to answer any questions or concerns. Once the job was finished, all debris was completely removed.

We got four estimates for the roof work on our house. The Elliot Company gave us the best estimate as well as a "Systems Plus Warranty" [ at no extra cost ] which would cover 100% of the entire roofing system including labor for 20 years. We were very impressed with their offer. In addition, our meeting with the owner of the company, Alfred Del Bianco, helped to truly seal the deal. Al visited with us a number of times to explain the nature of the work, the quality of the materials, the scheduling, and time frame. Al has been in this business for many years, and he is very skilled, professional, and sensitive to addressing the concerns of his customers while being committed to the quality of work provided by his company. The work on our roof took exactly one week as was agreed upon in our contract. Elliot Company's roofing foreman, George, did an exceptional job of supervising the work on our roof. Whenever we had questions, he would stop what he was doing to address our concerns, and clarify any issue. There were only 3 workers, including George, who did the work. Each day they were extremely punctual in arriving and beginning the work. They took their lunch. However, every other moment of the day was spent working in a concentrated fashion. They were extremely professional and respectful of us and our property. At the end of each day, they picked up all debris, swept, and made sure that our property was left in a clean fashion. We have a large house that is 103 years old. There were days that we were wondering if they would be able to honestly complete the roof in one week. However, each day George and his crew worked steadily and diligently even on the hottest days. They were always courteous and respectful. These guys were exceptional, and dedicated workers who take pride in what they do. The roof work on our house began on a Monday morning, and by Saturday evening , our roof was complete. The job was on schedule and at a cost that was originally quoted to us. Because of the workmanship of the Elliot Company as well as their attention to detail, our house looks GREAT. It is amazing how a professionally done roof using quality materials can enhance the beauty and stately essence of an old house.. Would we use the Elliot Company again? Our response is Yes, YES, and YES. In fact, we recommended them to our son, who is now having his roof replaced by the Elliot Company.

Alfred was most helpful and his employees did an excellent job. The removing of the old roof and installation of the new roof took two days. The installation included the ice dam, metal edging, re-pointing of the chimney, and an excellent clean-up. Would hire them again.

Al is wonderful. He really is and his work is excellent. He charges fairly. He is so detail oriented and he is extremely gifted. I like Al and I have no complaints at this point in time. I was lucky to have found him and I only hope that in giving his information out there he does not get so booked that he is no longer available for me.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, CLEAN AND OVERALL THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I REFER THEM TO OTHER PEOPLE. I DID A LOT OF COMPARISON SHOPPING AND THE PRICE WAS VERY GOOD.
