CARPET CONNECTION

Since Carpet Connection did several jobs in my home over the past 4 years, it is difficult to describe each in detail so I will generalize to some extent. When I contacted the company, I was greeted with an open and honest conversation of how the process worked for each job I had planned. Carl and his wife, Judy, came to my home to measure and provide me with a wide range of samples and options. The benefits and drawbacks of different selections were discussed. I was never pressured into higher priced material but I was cautioned if the ideas I had were not right for the setting. They took into account the imperfections in my 60 year old home as well as the typical activity the area would see. I was provided with a clear estimate for each job which was always right on target. Carl met with several challenges (uneven floor surfaces, damp basement room, etc). He did not hesitate to let me know if he felt there was a better option for the materials or installation and it always worked out to my advantage. Work always started and finished when expected. Carl was always present on the job. The work was done promptly and professionally. Cleanup was always thorough. Prices were more than competitive. Carl proved to be a true craftsman.
