Bella Vista Landscaping started the patio and I had to get them out of here. I had to go to day court because he was holding my money.Before he even started the work I made a payment of $4300. He was digging the old patio out to extend and he was making a dirt pile then he asked me "what do you want to do about it?" I said that it was part of the job to get rid of it. Then he comes to me and said that he needs more money to remove the pile. I told him that I will pay him for the work that he did and that I don't want his service anymore. He said that he would sue me because there's a contract so I called small claims and put it in right away.

They have good communication and they do a good job. The owner is very professional. I would use their services again in the future.
