Artur Strzepka

Description of Work: Artur has installed outdoor lighting of all kinds and has completely rebuilt and installed two of my decks and refinished another (a friend's place). He has single-handedly replaced a seven foot non-standard picture window and modified the framing in my seventy-year old wood-framed house. When he left, there was not one single speck of sawdust or drip of white paint remaing. He has gutted and completely rebuilt two bathrooms with all new fixtures (tubs, toilets, inclosures, sinks and built in cabinets). Including moving a wall in one bathroom to make it larger. Artur is a talented leak-finder, and fixer. Including finding a consistent leak in my roof that turned out to be coming from the three story field stone chimney's cracking cement. Instead of my going ahead of installing a $10,000 roof, he worked a half-day to invisibly and permenantly seal every crack. The roof was fine - it was the tall stone work that was the villain. He has also unpacked the dryer vent; he cleaned out elbow connections.
