I found them through Angie's List. I have used them once. I am going to have a contract with them for a full year.

I called them early in the morning and they came right out. They were here within an hour, because we didn't have any heat. I have a service contract with them, and that was not covered under the contract. They were prompt in coming out and answered my call right away. There is a lot of things that they leave out in the contract, and I am not satisfied with that. I'm not sure if I would use them again in the future.
