Jared and Michael are both professional and personable. They explain all that they do as they go, getting your approval and giving you options. They're a good team and are resectful of your home and property. While they are not inexpensive, charging $140 "startup" then $28 for 1.5lbs R22 (freon) and another $60 for "cleaning both coils" (which surprised me as one would think that would be part of the basic service charge of $140) they seemed to know their business and expressed concern in wanting to please their customers. Since they're the new kids on the block, I didn't sign up for a yearly contract, but would consider it if they're still in business next year, as I told them.
