"I feel the "B" rating was unfair. I responded on short notice to plow 14 inches of ice and snow that fell a few days earlier and was frozen over, on a driveway that was up hill with curves and about 175 ft long. We also shoveled two long walkways and a path to the oil tank so that the customer can get an oil delivery before he moved in. When we get accumulation over 6-8 inches we would normally do this in two passes, and before it freezes. I feel that we did a good job considering the conditions at a fair price for the amount of work involved."

They did a very good work when they were here. As far as availability, it was difficult. I hired them to do a rather large job, but they had to break it down into multiple visits which ended up spreading out over many weeks. So, the job really never got completed. The service that they performed was great. I think if you are just looking for just a few hours worth of work, they are terrific, but if you are looking for a large job, they are very busy and do not have the time to take on something that is multiple days. That was the case last summer. I do not know whether their schedule is better this year. That is my only complaint.

"I recall working for the member in 2011. We performed first stage of project as agreed. When we returned there was another company working there. I was unable to contact customer at that time( I believe she was in Europe ). Unsure of what to do I waited to hear from customer. After speaking with customer we returned to complete second stage of project. We would not schedule any work we were unable to complete. I believe there was just some confusion and I didn't want to do any further work until I knew what the customer expected of me."

I am a Realtor. A & M helped me with some listings and some clients during snow storm and other critical times. Responded to me when no one else would. I called like 8 companies. Vinnie is very helpful and very reasonable. I use him again and again. No job too big or too small.

Vinny was the only person who was willing to help during a snow storm; I probably called 15 different companies. His prices were reasonable, and he was punctual. I’m very grateful for his service. It’s important that I look good to the banks I deal with, and he made me look good, which really I appreciate.
