Peter promptly answered our call. He arrived on the agreed time and he assessed the situation. He had all the materials that he needed with him and he was able to replace the tubing and connections in one visit and our dryer is working effectively again. The new tubing is sturdier than the hardware store vent that he replaced for us so it should last longer. He left the work area clean and best of all the charge was more than fair!

Our dryer vent was not of proper material and was very clogged. Peter assessed the problem immediately and dealt with replacing the vent through a cluttered basement. He was clear in explaining what he was doing, got the job done efficiently, and charged very reasonably. Would recommend this service highly.

Peter did a great job! It was well worth $130. He took the sides off of the dryer and vacuumed out big clumps of lint that were hiding in the body of the dryer. I didn’t realize lint could get stuck all around like that. I thought it only went into the wire mesh receptacle that you clean after each load of clothes. Now I understand how a dryer can catch fire! I had Peter replace the long tube that vents the dryer air outdoors with hard aluminum ducting (cost an extra $30 and well worth it) I could tell a lot of lint had accumulated within the tubing because when I inspected outside my house where the tube exits, there was a lot of lint on the screen. He did a good job configuring the length and angles of the aluminum ductwork to perfectly fit my setup. Peter is a fireman and knows about safety. He took time to do the job right. He was thoughtful and removed his boots outside my front door so as not to track debris inside. He’s an all around nice guy :)

Peter was personable, professional and thorough. I have had other companies come and they were more expensive and less efficient. I would ABSOLUTELY have him out again and I will be recommending him to everyone I know. I accidentally overpaid him and he was honest enough to call me that evening and let me know. That's the kind of service you just don't get anymore.

We were overdue for a dryer vent cleaning. I had been putting it off because the last guys had trouble keeping the vent hose/duct connected in the attic. We realized several days after they left that the duct/hose was disconnected and spewing lint all over the attic. Peter was excellent. he was responsive, punctual, considerate and knowledgeable. Replaced the duct/hose that was actually an air conditioning hose and not suitable for a dryer vent with an inflexible proper duct. Couldn't say enough good things about him.
