This plumber is disorganized and forgetful. We made arrangements for him to do the work on a particular day, and he didn't show up. This happened two more times over a month. Finally he showed up, but he said he couldn't finish the job that day because he didn't know how the plumbing should be installed. Wow! A plumber who doesn't know how to plumb. It was then that I knew we were in trouble. Then we got his bill. He charged six hours for labor for a job that should have taken 2.5 or 3 hours. Stay away from Wright Choice; I found it was the wrong choice.
