I was undergoing a complete renovation of a house built in 1896. The contractor I had been using for about a year was not showing up to do the work, was not listening to my concerns,was making alot of mistakes that subsequently had to be fixed, and was going way over budget. After barely showing up for about two weeks, I finally pressed for a drop dead date to finish the job.He refused to make a commitment so I fired him and his croney subs. I found Todd and his father and brought them on to finish. Everything in the house was a mess and much had be sorted out about how, why and what needed to be done. Todd, who has a degree in architecture, walked through the house commenting that it was like a puzzle and he would just have to solve the puzzle. He and his father did a fabulous job. They were meticulous in their workmanship. Todd saw problems that needed to be addressed in advance. His father could do anything. I can't say enough good things about this team. They showed up every day ready to work. I now have a beautiful upscale B&B amd am constrantly complimented about the fine workmanship. Had I stayed with the prevous contractor, (if I was finished yet), I know this would not be the case.
