I no longer have any ponding in the back yard and my basement is dry. The owner was very professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and even came in under budget. I would highly recommend Transitions Landscape & Design and I plan to use them again in the future.

Very difficult to work with, arrogant and unresponsive to customer requirements. Feels his "expertise" trumps customer concerns and input every time. Yet over mulched around trees raising soil level and causing the formation of "strangling roots" which later had to be carefully cut and trimmed to save trees.

It took a little longer than we had hoped it would but he was very knowledgeable and we trusted what he was doing. They sent us a contract for about $400 but he did not think that it was that much so he said he would send us a bill.
