Poor. Was supposed to plow by 7 AM, often did not arrive till early afternoon! Sloppy work, left 1-2 feet unplowed area on each side of driveway, backed over stakes, bad scalping on lawn where they pushed the snow (couldn't be bothered to raise the plow sufficiently). I called a couple of times, first time to complain about late plowing, left message but no response. Someone came to plow about an hour later, 2 in the afternoon again, later, to complain about quality of plow. NOTE: The service from this company the previous year had been good. He also has a clear contract (with NO GUARANTEES) that makes you think that he is a true professional. However, the service this year has been VERY disappointing. We've been in this house for 10 years, and never had someone who did such a poor job before.
