Preferred Clients Group

Our rugs had never been cleaned before (they were about 4 years old) and with grandkids here every week, the carpets really needed a cleaning.  The results were amazing.  We were impressed with the cleaner's professionalism and attention to detail, including moving furniture where necessary.  When compared to carpet cleaner ads, the overall cost may seem a bit high, but we had never had a carpet cleaned, and had Preferred Clients Group recommended to us by one of their previous customers.  We believed in the recommendation, so went ahead with the cleaning.  We would certainly consider use this company again.

I love the guy, Wayne, that comes out.  He is a good guy who works by himself.  He always calls back pretty promptly and usually gets back to me within a week.  He was a person that strictly recommended cleaning when my cat threw up on my brand new couch.  I think he was working for another company at the time.  He broke off and he's got his own group now, PCG.  They were all located in the same place earlier, the same store.  I just call him when I need work done.  I don't call anybody else.  I totally trust him and rate him highly when it comes to furniture upholstery.
