Called in the afternoon and the owner was able to call by my house 2 hours later. Quickly found the cause of the problem and repaired it. Then rearranged the logs in the fireplace to allow the flame to look better and suggested some future improvements. Was very clean, professional and friendly and I would use again. He charged a $75 call out fee but did not charge anything for the repair which was only a small fix.
