I chose to have the 3-treatment course, where the pro sprays in May/June /July. It's really too soon to tell how effective the treatment is so far, due to our ever-changing weather, but it's looking good. I like that they stand behind their work, i.e., if the critters return and show up in another area, they will come back to spray in that area at no additional charge. I also appreciate that they value the honey bees and treat in a manner that respects these dwindling pollinators.

Ex-husband lived in the basement for 2.5 years and never cleaned; end result, the spiders moved in and became an issue. My overall concern was the impact of pesticides when I have 4 dogs living with me upstairs. Rochester Environmental recommended an organic rosemary, wintergreen and spearmint application. It worked AWESOME. The initial appointment process was seamless and the tech who arrived was courteous, polite and prompt. Called me to let me know he was on the way as well as texting me when he was in the driveway (with 4 dogs, this was huge as I was able to get them into their crates before he entered the house). I only required a one-time application, but was told it was guaranteed for 60 days and if the spiders returned they would follow-up no charge. I would strongly recommend this company for pesticide removal and especially the organic application.

Service person was prompt, courteous, and helped us determine if the wasp hive in our basement was active. He also showed us what to look for and how to treat active hives.

The professional who did came to deal with our wasps/yellow jackets was knowledgeable. Many seem not to make a distinction between wasps and bees. This person took his time, examined possible nest locations, applied materials carefully and thoroughly, and took care to use an approach that would not harm pollinators and spiders. The company emailed a PDF document with their season-long coverage agreement, statung they will return to deal with any wasp problem that might occur at any time until next year, free of charge. They gave me a senior discount, without being asked.

Project: Demolish 2 car wooden garage. Steven Nardozzi came to test for asbestos ' arrange foe abatement and estimate the project. On abatement day Steve's brother and crew came on time, worked quickly and removed the asbestos safely and without any problems. On demolition day his brother arrived in a rainstorm with his machine and within the day completely removed the garage. He cleaned up all of the debris. The project passed the City of Rochester inspection without any problems. All of the members of this organization are friendly, professional and get the jobs done quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Steve and his crew did a great job with mold remediation in my attic. I sold my house and on a timeline to close. Steve was there to give an estimate and on the job within a week. He and his crew are very professional, timely and on the ball. His pricing is also, by far, the lowest in the area for such a job, thanks Steve!

Needed to have asbestos floor removed, plus 2 more layers! Steve came out and answered my questions and worked around my very crazy summer schedule. The work was completed on time, with no damage to surrounding areas. This project had stressed me out, but was actually not as bad as I thought because of the communication and thoughtfulness of the removal staff. By the way, this was the ONLY company that would do this small project - 9.5 by 9.5 room. Thank you Steve and staff.

If you are looking for help in solving an environmental issue with your residence, look no further. Steve did a fabulous job helping us remove asbestos tile from the basement of our house which we hope to put on the market soon. Here’s what we liked: his prompt (same day) and courteous response to our request; his careful consideration of several courses we might take to solving the issue; his insistence that we take a fact-based approach before proceeding (getting the tile tested - it came back positive); his willingness to guide us through the much less costly route of doing the work ourselves, albeit with careful instructions about safety procedures (we rented a piece of equipment from him which sucked air through a basement window while we were removing the tile), purchased a special tool (spud bar), taped entrances with plastic, used mask and detergent, etc. He also had many other suggestions from a hypothetical inspector’s point of view about how we could make our house more salable. In short, if you have lived in the same house for forty-three years as we have, this is an extremely knowledgeable young man whom you would like to have at your side giving advice. Hire him!

I needed a quick read on wether my kitchen popcorn ceiling contained asbestos. Steve came quickly, took samples for lab testing and I got the needed answer in a timely fashion.
