No complaints. Plowing was completed as contracted. Troy was a pleasure to work with.

He plowed once but I never received a contract even after calling several times to remind him of sending me the contract.

Troy Dobbertin and his crew do excellent work. They are always pleasant and professional. We first started using Troy for lawn care about 10 years ago. The two guy crew arrives every week at the same time, and mows our 2 acres in about an hour. Every week they mow in a different direction, and when finished always blow the clippings around the yard, blow the driveway and sidewalk, and weed-wack the trees and all edges. I never worry about the lawn knowing its in Troy's capable hands. His crew returns every year, so that says ALOT about Troy and the respect his guys give him. I know it's spring when Mike M. shows up on his zero-turn.

When we needed to switch to a new snowplow company, Dobbertin was a no-brainier. His guys come every time there is three inches of snow, then come back to make sure the snow pushed into the driveway end from the street plows is removed. Two springs ago, my dog was barking like crazy, I went outside and asked the guy in the Dobbertin truck who was shoveling dirt along my drive edge. When I asked what he was doing he said he was repairing lawn damage from the snow plowing. Wow, I never even noticed any damage let alone thought to call Troy about it. He just handles it.

As for tree removal, we have had Troy's tree trimming crew take a number of trees down around our place. And I'm talking 60-80 foot maples and Ash that were 15 feet away from the house. Experts never even got a twig In the gutters. Cleanup was complete with barely a chip left on the lawn.

We have also used Troy Dobbertin to deliver and plant 12 foot Arborvitae, and Pine Trees, as well as mulch and soil delivery.

Snow Plowing.

Complaint about the snowplowing - I have a side spot to my driveway that has been ignored (with few exceptions) for a few years now. They do put stakes out, but the plow takes the stakes down pretty much on the first run, and no one puts them back, and the plows just do a straight driveway. I've put out my own and quot;redand quot; circle stakes to help out. Collected 2 wrecked stakes from my neighbour's yard a few weeks ago. I also called last week to Troy Dobbertin. I wanted to sign up for his summer lawn-mowing, tree trimming and spring lawn cleaning. We had an appointment on Friday, 18th, 1:00 pm. No show, no call. No more business from me.

Dobbertin cuts our 1 acre lot weekly. They also do our snow plowing. Professional, timely, very reasonable pricing.

They did some fairly extensive tree removal on my property and my neighbors. I can tell you the service was excellent. They were very professional and efficient. They have very reasonable prices one of the best in the area

They do snow plowing. He didn't do the landscaping he gave a quote for it. He has done maintenance here and my previous home. He has put in a fence and all the work that he does is very good. I think they are reasonable. He is on time and I have been always happy. I don't know what the pricing is because he has been doing the work for me for a long time and I don't often compare it. They have always been punctual. I think they are really very good.

Dobbertin gets a bad grade from me because they never showed up to perform the work. I had met with them, gotten a quote and called to tell them that I was interested in hiring them and asked that they call me back to give me a date of when they would be coming. I did not hear from them for several weeks so I called. I was given a date that they would come and do the tree trimming and mulching. They never showed up, never called and I will never use them in the future because of this.

The whole thing was really smooth, the crew showed up at different times with different equipment which I had not expected but I've also never had a tree removed. They cleaned up everything and currently it looks like the tree was never there.
