Medina Windows

We were very pleased with this company. Excellent communication and service. They were not the cheapest but were highly recommended. We wanted to use a company that specializes in windows so we were willing to pay a little more. The job was completed sooner than was estimated. Cleaned up so well after themselves that you couldn't tell they were even here. I have already recommended them to others.

The company did exactly what they said they would. In fact there was some confusion on one window. They did some work that was not in the contract. Very reliable and a decent price

They arrived at 9 and were gone by 3:30. They took all old windows with them. They vacuum and clean up everything before they leave. I did not have to clean up anything.

My experience with Medina Window wasn't that good. I felt the owner was rude to me. They didn't show several times when planned, because they are Amish and don't drive. They wait until someone can bring them and the windows out to do the work. This caused huge delays.

Medina Window said what they were going to do and got it done. They do good quality work in a timely manner. They took all old windows ,cleaned up and respected me as a consumer. I have used this company a few times and am never let down.
