Williams fence company

Most of the process went smoothly. The first appointment was easily made and timely, as was the follow-up. The pricing was in-line with other established fencing companies and the installation was well done. The only issue was miscommunication with Williams about the local ( East Rockaway) permit process. During the initial visit, I was told that the permit was $100 and Williams would front the cost. When the scheduling, I was informed that the permit was no problem. But 1 week after installation, I received a violation from Village Hall - which took me 1 week to resolve with Williams emailing materials (licensing, insurance, etc) to Village hall for the issuance of the permit for which I then paid the $100 fee. The company told me that my neighbors must have complained which seems unlikely ( 2 vacant houses and other neighbor with existing fence) My advice to any purchaser of fencing no what which company is chosen: make certain that a permit is obtained and in hand prior to installation.

Paid them $7500 to do my whole yard. Very accommodating to get my buisness. I am local so i wanted to support local business, After installation we noticed a piece that was twisting and asked for replacement. He said will send guy over never happened. 2 months later the driveway gate cracked and wouldn't lock shut without slamming it. A Went to once a week for a month for a reply. No response. After threatening legal action guy showed up and said it will be replaced. That was 2 months ago. STAY AWAY from this company. Once they get your money their word and warranty are not worth squat.
