Musical Instrument Repair
My sons recently purchased (for another music store) clarinet has broken numerous times. I have totally given up on the shop where it was purchased because I feel I was sold a piece of junk (for a large amount of $$). Universal has repaired the clarinet for us on many occasions as it breaks constantly. They repair within minutes. Finally, it has broken and the schools music teacher has advised to junk it once and for all. I called Universal at 4pm today and they told me they could have a very good one ready by 5pm for rental for the duration of the school year. I trust them and would recommend them to everyone.
