Solar Solutions Glass Tinting

We are trying to get window tinting, we called up Solar Solutions Glass Tinting and spoke to Jill, the secretary, to set up an appointment on 03/23/2018. On three different occasions after I told them my preferred times for the service, she couldn't give me appointment while on the phone. She would keep on saying she had to consult the Sales Department first. She would call back and then give us a certain date which is not our preference. Finally, I was able to speak with Gennaro, who claims to be the owner and that they are in business for 30 years now. He said he will look into it. Finally, we were set up for a schedule tomorrow afternoon. But we had some urgent medical matter to settle so I tried getting in touch with them to inform them. This morning from 9 o'clock up to later than 1 o clock, I tried more than a dozen time and dialled their two numbers, but no one answered the phone. And the voicemail says it is full. Finally, I am able to get a hold of Gennaro and he confirmed the schedule for tomorrow that we are booked. So I advised them about the medical matter. And when I asked him why they are not picking up the phone earlier, he said "It's none of your business." I would never hire them in any circumstance.
