STAY AWAY!!! Completely inefficient and inept agents / customer service. Since 2015 I have bundled car & home insurance with this agency and never filed a complain. My home insurance is withdrawn directly from escrow around August 10th, as a yearly sum, 3 weeks prior to effective date (9/1 each year.) Don't ask me why so early. I'm in the process of relocating abroad. I called in July to switch insurance from yearly to monthly. They suggested to call again late July to make the switch. I called several times in July and they assured me, starting in September, the insurance would be charged monthly. They were processing my request. Again I called in August to double check amount wouldn't be withdrawn. Guess what? On 8/12 amount is charged on escrow! (Remember I said amount was due on 9/1?) I was once again told: "Yes, your request is being processed." when I called to complain. Now, I'm closing on my house and moving abroad in a few weeks. I talk to another agent and explain I need a reimbursement. She assures me that even if I'm moving to Spain they will send me the check there (in dollars, of course) that I can deposit it into my account in Madrid. REALLY?! Do you think local banks will accept a check with a different currency? Or under a different name? That's assuming the check gets there in time, if it EVEN gets there. So far I called 10 times, and so far 10 times I've been assured that I will get a reimbursement and would be switched from yearly to monthly. Peter M Kelly State Farm offers car and home insurance, at better prices when bundled. Don't fall for it: if you don't want to deal with inefficient, useless agents, go with another insurance company. You're welcome.

The agent was professional, friendly, and efficient. Everything worked out as described. Excellent use of email; good instructions. Whole process easy.
