This was a horrible experience. First they insisted on getting paid the day before the storm so that I would be guaranteed as they were expecting "lots of calls". They came fast enough for their money but then never showed up until 3pm the next day and hardly shoveled at all. When I called to complain the owner told me he didn't even know who he hired to do the job but he would go back and fix it. He never went back and then would not return my calls. When I finally got him he couldn't even remember what we talked about but promised to refund my money..... still waiting.
