Ceramic Tile Service, Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

Kevin completed remodel of bathroom. Roughly 6 months after remodel we had a leak in the ceiling. I called him about the leak and he came back to stop the leak, he put vinyl over it. Then it started leaking for a third time and he came back to stop the leak again. The next day when we went to use the shower it started leaking again. I called him to let him know about the leak again. His employee called me back and said he could not fix it and that I needed to fix it myself, but used harsh inappropriate language and profanity. Very upset how the business handles there professionalism and attitude. I have tried calling him back and he won't return my call.

I had someone else come out to look at the leak. When they guy came out he said that the tile was installed wrong. They also said Kevin is known for messing up these kind of projects
