I called the afternoon prior to the service, and was given a window between 9 and 11. Was called by Bill, the technician at about 9:10 am saying that he would arrive in about a half hour, which he did. Was impressed with the level of customer service from the office staff and technician, and of course, my SubZero fridge is back up and running. Would highly recommend, and will use Big Chill to perform yearly maintenance and if any issues arise.

Bill came on time and was very professional. He spent a lot of time - probably 4 hours of labor or more - fixing our old sub-zero. Did a great job, and our very old fridge works extremely well now. We were worried about spending so much money to fix an old appliance, but with Bill's advice on how to care for it and his insights into how many more years we should expect to get from the unit, we feel like we made the right choice.

This was a situation where it was one of the hottest days of the year and it was also Father's Day. Our air conditioner wasn't working and Dave came out on a Sunday and fixed it. This was so very professional and kind of him to do this, especially on a holiday. I think very highly of this company.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT! HE CAME ON TIME AND DID HIS WORK PROPERLY. MY ICE MAKER IS FIXED AND IS WORKING GREAT. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE TO OTHER PEOPLE.

THEY FIXED THE PROBLEMS WITH THE REFRIGERATOR AND I HAVE HAD NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH THE UNIT. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND DID THE WORK IN A QUALITY MANNER.
