Kovach Land Surveying PC

Kovach was hired to put in two corner pins for our property to help sell a parcel of our property. Kovach did not complete this portion of the contract, holding up the sale of our property. The map he did for our family showed there was a pin, but it was not there. Kovach told us he didn't want to place the pin because Kovach felt a car would hit the pin, but still felt it was fine that his map showed a pin that he did not place. This is unethical. After asking for numerous months for the pins, we hired a new surveyor, Moncreif and McLean. This surveyor did a wonderful job for us, however, Kovach still wanted payment for the two pins he did not place. He took my family to court for an incomplete job. Hire Moncreif and McLean 315-376-8444. They are professional and honest and complete the contract. However, having to hire a second surveyor has cost our family thousands of dollars.
