• Peter Ziamandanis helped us scope out the project, offered floor plan ideas, provided a professional contract, detailing the scope, listing items to be purchased by homeowner, and with a milestone payment schedule. Final floor plan helped us get the most out of the space we had to work with.
• Offered great suggestions for which stores to shop for good deals. We found Tavertine stone at the Bargain Outlet at $4/sf which we would not have been able to afford otherwise.

Demo went faster than expected. Good daily cleanup; especially when sheetrock dust being made. Left things neat and tidy. Dumpster provided was large enough to allow us to do some house purging.
Good communication throughout the project. Crews showed up when Peter said they would.
Good crews; electrical, plumber, dry wall, tile work, and shower door installation. All tradesmen were very professional.
Excellent workmanship! beautiful finished master bath and downstairs bath.
Peter Z. is very detail oriented, especially with molding. He installed "picture frame" molding throughout the bathroom and toilet closet, chair rail, and crown molding. New doors installed to replace the older style Luan doors. Suggested ceiling color to make the crown molding "pop".
Project completed on time - it took approximately 6 weeks which is what Peter said it would. Crews worked expeditiously toward completion in a logical sequence. No rework was needed.
Peter charged less than his estimate for the downstairs bath. $3,300 reduced to $2,900. 
Upstairs bath was completed and paid acording to the contract payment schedule. Good system of tracking progress payments.
No suprises.
Offered ideas for other projects we have been contemplating; roof gutters, chimney repairs, tree removal; he checked pricing on our roof replacement project and offered names of contractors to do the work. Very knowledgeable.

Mr. Ziamandanis was a pleasure to work with. He took a lot of time with us to determine exactly what we wanted, gave us an estimate and timeline and stuck to both very closely. He and his workmen were at our home early each day and got a great deal accomplished with no glitches. The work they performed was very high quality, and two years later, we are still thrilled with the transformation of our house. I would highly recommend Mr. Ziamandanis; he is a talented, honorable and very reputable craftsman.

They showed up on time, were very neat and finished almost on exact due date. Job looks better than we expected.
