It went poorly, I wouldn't use this contractor even if He's the last contractor on earth.

They never got back to me with an estimate.

WONDERFUL!!!!! I can't write enough praise for Maple Grove! I kept adding tasks and he is so cooperative about taking on more work. He smiles and says, LET'S DO IT! I got things fixed that have been broken or dysfunctional for years. What a joy to open my dishwasher and not have the entire contents come banging forward! Having windows in the barn brightens it up so much and having functioning doors is a godsend! The drain in the milk house hadn't worked in 30 years. Some of these jobs took a fair amount of time, but all were done professionally and promptly. Already planning jobs for him in the future. *This work was completed at the home of a friend of this Angies list member, after I used Angies List to help her locate a contractor in her area. All information was provided by the homeowner in Rodman.

Good , friendly, easy to work with, had some good suggestions. Had opportunity to take advantage of me and did not. Quality job, with more attention to detail and finishing touches , I would have rated the job an A.

All was performed in a timly and professional manner. Price was very reasonable also. Highly recommend this contractor!

He said he could fit the camp jacking job in in about two weeks which he did. He expected it to take 3 days and to have to rent a loader. he managed to do it in only two days inserting 6 sonotubes along the back and supporting the main beam with pillars set on bed rock. The third day he opened up the kitchen floor in the cottage and replaced 5 beams with pressure treated lumber. Because he didn'thave to rent the loader he took $300 off the price. Prompt,efficient and easy to talk to.
