"The Job started on December 26, 2017. The value of the two bathroom is about $30,000.00. I set the estimate at 16,000.00 and also offered them a christmas saving of $3600.00. Making it a grand total of $12,433.00 of what we agreed and signed a contract knowing that I gave them a christmas savings. In the two months, there was 3 delays from no fault of mine, especially them having control of my schedule and causing me not to get a helper on getting the job done quicker. I have no complaints with the better business bureau.. My business is still in good standings for over a decade. They bought the shower body with missing parts and I recommended them to try and return the shower body about the missing parts and if they don't have any success, then I will invest my money by replacing it, in order to keep the peace. They was successful on replacing the shower body at Home Depot and it made me very happy. So when I intalled the showerbody and finished the two bathrooms. They accused me of stealing the shower body part of which I have no idea what happened during the craziness of the job. I didn't think it was important because of the shower body was fully Installed before I finished the two bathrooms Its extremely wrong of them on accusing me that I stole shower body parts, tile's and "ETC". Its extremely wrong for accusing me of breaking a mirror with a bullet hole which gave me the impression of the daughter who is a cop who tried to intimidate me for the final payment and who probably shot the mirror in order to abuse me at the end of the job.. It was just a thought that went through my mind, because of the way I was being treated. The daughter cop almost attacked me after me saying. "You should be Grateful". The father stopped her to stay calm. To me that was a threat from a cop.. It was so bad that I had to give up the balance of $2400.00 in order to get the $3,400 which I was then forced to scratch it off and sign paid in full."
Alfonso also felt it appropriate to tell me that I don't understand what it is like to be self-employed as I have a full-time job. He also told me that he should have charged me more for the job performed! He charged me for $20 worth of materials without a receipt.
"On October 22, 2014 I arrived on time to take a look at your ceiling and scheduled to start on October 29 2014 .You seemed to be a nice person.. I seen the way you lived and respected your lifestyle by hopping over stuff you had accumulated through out the years besides the room I worked on your plaster ceiling repair...Its a good thing I was allowed to use the side entrance of the house to enter the room ..The next day on October 23 2013.. I called you to talk about what we planned on and you responded to me like we never talked about what we had planned.. I already felt you was going to give me a hard time .. When I finished your ceiling... I specifically told you if you have any defect from the water damage area that I wasn't aware of and said.. "Please don't hesitate to give me a call" and it happened... When you called.. It sounded like 60 minutes of my time to fix a minor defect.. I was very happy looking forward to stop by at 5:00 PM because I couldn't leave a job that I have started which was very important.. You was very mean to me by saying "NO" to every earliest appointment I tried to make.. I did my best to stay in control in a professional manner and ignored of how mean you was to me. You decided to extend the appointment on Thanksgiving day which I didn't mind... I'v been in business for about 15 years and never in my life.. "I would ever leave paint drops all over the place and clog your pipes".. If that was the case.. I would of never accumulating 34 ratings and reviews scoring five star's on Home Adviser, especially on Angies list scoring A ratings so far.. What you said about me you should be ashamed for saying things that are not true... I forgive you and I will move on... No hard feelings... :-)"

I must start off by saying what a true professional and gentleman Alfonso is. As most of you know it is extremely tough to find honest talent. I first met him in the midst of a renovation that went terribly wrong. We own a 1925 colonial with all original plaster walls. The workers we had hired prior to Alfonso butchered the walls, nicked moldings and pushed the timeline of completion back to the point where my fiancé and I had to move in with my folks. This being our first home we made the mistake of trusting the wrong people. Thankfully, when we met Alfonso he calmed us down and walked us through the entire project. We immediately knew he was the right man for the job because unlike every other contractor who told us we had to replace the entire ceiling and walls with sheet rock, Alfonso did not. He was able to patch and resurface every area that needed care. Even areas of the molding that was in pieces, he was able to restore back to new. You know you’re dealing with a perfectionist when he is consistently going through each area of work with such scrutiny. Throughout the project we became so comfortable that he felt like part of the family. Once finished with the main floor plaster work and painting we decided to finish tiling our bathroom. The previous owner did not extend the tile to the top of the ceiling. We were lucky enough to find the same tile and then Alfonso went to work. He seamed it perfectly back together. Even when we were blown away by the results he insisted re-skimming the ceiling to finish the room. He painted, plastered and polished our main floor, hallways and bathroom. He even hung our TV’s when we were too nervous with the plaster walls to hang them ourselves. At the end of the day he truly did save us. We were left with a home more beautiful than we could have ever imagined. Needless to say, if we ever need more work done (which we will) we will only be calling Alfonso.

Alphonso was very professional and his work was excellent. He spackled and painted and he also skim coated a ceiling which was in poor condition prior to his work and it turned out great.
He really did a great job for a great price!
