world class granite

I made an appointment by telephone with Ram Demiray of this company on Monday, February 6, 2017. He said that he had a client to see in the morning but that we could probably meet between 12 pm and 2pm. He said he would call me in the morning when he knew better. I got no call. He never called. He never showed. I'm writing this kind of review to let the independent contractor know that he is not the only one who makes his living by time and appointment, and that when he stands up a potential client, he may be costing that client precious time in the acquisition of paying work. But even when the client is not an independent contractor, the client's time is as valuable to him or to her as the contractor's time. We expected your call. We waited for your call. You decided it wasn't worth your time to consider us. Thanks a lot.

I could not have been more pleased with my experience at World Class Granite. From the time I met the Demiray's at their showroom in LIC. to follow up visits with their showroom manager, they were kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I explained my project with pictures and plans and they expertly assisted in choosing the proper materials, color and design. As promised, they came to my home to template my cabinetry and returned two days later with my beautiful countertops. There were no mistakes, the fit was perfect and every detail was addressed. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so.
