We had used Trieste 11 years ago to restore our townhouse, and it went so well we continue to call them for maintenance projects and enhancements such as this. They:
For small jobs it is sometimes tough to get a slot on their schedule quickly, but it's worth waiting for the above reasons. They really know brownstones.
- - always show up when they say they will or call promptly if they can't,
- - give a pretty accurate estimate quickly,
- - often come up with alternative solutions that are cheaper or better or both than the obvious approach,
- - finish pretty close to when they say they will,
- - can do custom woodwork cheaper and faster than others because they have their own shop (kitchen cabinets! look no further),
- - leave the place as clean or cleaner than when they found it, and
- - are usually priced very well.
