John Sideris is the master plumber. He doesn't actually do any of the work. The plumbers who work for him do all the work. They did a good job. My problem with him is that he's a very nice guy when he wants your money. After we paid him and his guys did the work, he was almost impossible to get a hold of. There were a few things that we needed to follow up on, including inspections, paperwork, etc. He lied to us saying that he had already filed certain papers with the city. When I went down to the DOB myself and asked, they showed me proof that nothing had been filed. Only after I took the proof from the DOB to his office to show them that they had lied, did they start to get things done. He's just very unprofessional after he gets your money. His own plumbers who work for him were constantly complaining about what a miser he is. I would not recommend him to anyone.

THEIR COMPANY IS EXPENSIVE BUT, IT IS WORTH THE MONEY NOT TO HAVE THE BAD PLUMBING. THEY ARRIVED TWO HOURS AFTER WE HAD CALLED THEM. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY NEVER MAKE A MESS.
