While this company is extremely creative and competent, they ran up a tremendous bill without producing results. They billed me a very high hourly rate for countless unncessary hours "discussing" minute details of the project with themselves, my architect, and consultants, and by the time I realized what was going on, my bill was just astronomical. They marked me for a big target, and took advantage of me. I would never use this group again.
Their contract also includes some ridiculous and draconian terms. MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW IT WITH A SMART LAWYER BEFORE YOU SIGN.
In short, if you are a billionnaire this group will make a great garden for you. If you're not, you might be able to get something very nice for 10% of what these guys charge.
