Nino and the Prime House team did an outstanding job on our renovation project. They were professional, punctual, and communicated with us every step of the way. The design suggestions were innovative, and the craftsmanship was top-notch. We could not be happier with the outcome our home feels brand new!

They were very responsive, patience and easy to work with. They produced drawings and renderings so I could see how would be my apartment, they help me a lot suggesting finishes. Could not be happier.

Essential Contracting came in and had to repair and install tile in my bathroom. I have a unique pattern/color and they did an AMAZING JOB. Beautiful work, attention to detail and to creating a thing of beauty. I am very fussy and Sebastial and his people have the ability to perform miracles. I would hire them again any time I need some thing done and I would recommend them to anyone.

We loved doing business with Sebastian. He added a home office to our 1bd coop and it looks as it had always been there! The work took 4 days, and we were in the apt, so the crew sealed the work area to prevent dust from crossing into our living area. They creatively and safely overcome challenges with our old electric wiring, and the aesthetics of their job are super. When they left there was barely any cleaning left to do. Thank you so much!!

Essential Contracting Group did a great job remodeling our kitchen. From the beginning to the end of the job, they were very careful, always worried for the cleaning and organization of the place, always covering areas of transit to prevent damage. Workers were very skilled, opened to new suggestions or changes we wanted to do over the design. Also, workers were very punctual. Sebastian was always trying to make our vision come to reality, communication with him was perfect.
