I did not agree upon going up on the contract in cost since he knew the distance when we signed the contract. I asked for a refund of the money that was paid, but not used yet and he refused to refund me. For the most part, his work was good. There was a few shabby, sloppy jobs I found he had done upon closer inspection, but for the most part, his work was good. I would have continued to use him and pay him if he simply honored his contract, but instead he turned it into a fiasco taking my money and running. This caused big problems for him since I reported him to the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Consumer Affairs. As it turns out, he was not licensed properly, like he said he was, and has an incredibly big fine to pay now with the DCA. It is too bad he couldn't simply honor the contract he made with me in the first place.
