They did not lay out all the sheets before installing the first one and the result is that they had to glue an additional piece towards one wall. They started by placing the first sheet in the center of the space (as it should be) but they did not check to see if the other sheets were large enough to cover the entire floor. After they glued the first sheet they realized the area was too large and started patching it with left over pieces.
The cuts were not done properly leaving gaps in the seems. There is a long patch that is shorter than the 2" overlap between sheets (therefore they did not cut it properly). They do not use any ruler to cut straight lines, they cut the materials by hand and nothing is straight.
They blamed the problems on a sheet being damaged in the shipment but we haven't seen any image of it and the packaging was intact.
When asked to repair and take responsibility for the job they stopped returning our calls.
Overall a real nightmare!
Stay away from this company, there are many other professionals out there that can do a good job.
