Terrible. Poor customer service on the phone. Man named Sean showed up and was not familiar with how to re-assemble the lock. Eventually was able to do it, but kept increasing the price it would cost to replace it. In end, only paid to have lock re-assembled. Asked for cash or check made out to cash, did not seem legitimate.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A SKILLED MANNER. THE WORKER WAS EXPERIENCED AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE DOOR WORKS GREAT NOW AND OPENS SMOOTHLY.
