They were pretty prompt. I set it up on a Thursday and they came and picked up my furniture the next Tuesday. They said it would be about 2-3 weeks and it was. They brought everything back and the sofa and bar stools are fantastic but there was a problem with the table. They even reshaped my sofa to a much more streamline and I really like it. They let the coffee table go before it was completely dry. They said it was dry but when the delivery guy unwrapped it, the blanket had left indentations and all kinds of sticky stuff. The guy took it back that same day. They waited about another week to let it dry extra and then brought it back. I am still not satisfied with it. I am going to send it back another time.
