The man who installed my blinds was unbelievably sloppy, despite many years of experience as an installer.  I really couldn't believe the results.  He couldn't even measure accurately.  It seems to me that measuring would be a critical skill for this kind of job.  Also, he didn't finish the job on the first trip, and had to come back again.  He said the manufacturer of the blinds hadn't shipped all the parts.  Also, he didn't ask me which side of the window (left or right) I wanted the controls (chains and cord) on; he just decided for himself.  I'll NEVER again try to "save a few bucks" in future by ordering blines from Home Depot.

Home Depot is not as knowledgeable as other places and the prices are not as good. I would prefer to go to somewhere else. We were in Home Depot, nobody would help us so we had to leave and go somewhere else.

It's a good store but the help isn't too great. The check-outs are nice but when you ask for help, it's just not there. We bought a kitchen faucet and it didn't last that long. I would go back for minor things but not too much else. We also bought wall to wall carpeting for 3 rooms. It was the most horrible job installing the carpet. We called them back but the rugs were never right and now I'm doing the floor myself.

They were fine. I liked the sales person we worked with. She was very good and responsive. She organized everything else. The installer for the window treatments was good. He got the work done thoroughly. I was pleasantly surprised. There were some communication problems.

They were okay. They were pretty good and did what they were supposed to do. They were pretty thorough and kept their word. The people that came out were nice and responsive. I would use them again.

One part did not come out right, they still do look better than what it was.

They are powerful, keep us cool, yet are quiet. We are very pleased with our purchase, though one was defective upon installation and had to be exchanged.

I waited several weeks for my order to come in. When I went in to pick it up, they had damaged (mishandled, bumped, broken, cracked) 1/3 of my order. I had to wait again for the reorder to come in, again some of which was damaged. I accepted a discount since I could work around the damage.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS ALONG THE WAY. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND TIDY. ALSO, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

I AM HAPPY WITH THE CARPET AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING IT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, POLITE AND VERY WELL QUALIFIED. THEY CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

HOME DEPOT DID A EXCELLENT JOB ON MY FLOOR. THE CARPET WAS INSTALLED WITH NEATNESS AND ACCURACY. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT. ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED WITH HONESTY AND RESPECT. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST A YEAR AND I STILL GET COMPLIMENTS.

I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH HOME DEPOT PROFESSIONALISM. I WAS PLEASED UNTIL THE ARRIVAL DATE. IT WAS PUSHED BACK AN ENTIRE WEEK BECAUSE THE CASHIER SUBTOTAL WAS MIS-PRICED BY 75 CENTS. I WAS NOT HAPPY.

I WAS PLEASED WITH THE JOB HOME DEPOT PERFORMED. THEY REPLACED MY FRONT DOOR WITHIN A DAYS TIME OF MY CALL. I WAS AMAZED ON HOW DIFFERENT YOUR HOME CAN LOOK WITH A GOOD QUALITY DOOR.
