The technician came punctually and worked efficiently to diagnose, repair and reprogram the Lutron system. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent. His knowledge of the Lutron technology was thorough and he was able to diagnose all the problems and repair most of them (one controller was bad and needed to be replaced; he could not locate a replacement nearby, so he showed me how to replace the controller and offered to talk me through reprogramming over the phone).
My first criticism is that he was only available from early morning to early afternoon and had to leave at a specific time so I felt a little rushed getting everything done in the time allotted. This meant that he was supposed to follow up via email about programming the system - which never happened.
My second criticism is that the price seemed outrageous, but the supply of Lutron-savvy technicians is too small.
Overall, I would recommend H&L highly for the quality of the service and knowledge of the Lutron Grafik Eye technology but found them to be expensive.
