Very badly. Once this company had my money, communication was sporadic. They claim 48-hour turnaround to respond to emails. You have to contact ebay to get their phone number; once you have their number, you're lucky to leave a voice mail; the mailbox is usually full. When I realized I had a problem, I first tried to contact them. They would not respond. Paypal had to intervene and they refunded my money after GSM refused to respond to them. GSM then filed a dispute with ebay stating that I had not made payment. I am now awaiting resolution on that issue, which I am certain will again be in my favor.
Description of Work: They claim to sell refurbished phones. I purchased what I believed to be a refurbished Nokia 6102i. It was, instead, a used phone with the previous owner's information still on it.
