THEY WERE VERY GOOD AND FAST. MOST OF THE TIME THEY TAKE A WEEK OR SO TO DO ANYTHING WITH THE COMPUTER, THIS TIME THEY ONLY TOOK A COUPLE OF DAYS. MY COMPUTER WORKS MUCH BETTER AND IS FASTER.

I WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM AGAIN. AFTER A WEEK THEY STILL HAD MY COMPUTER, THEN TOLD ME IT COULDN'T BE FIXED. I TOOK IT SOMEPLACE ELSE THEY HAD IT FIXED IN A DAY, AND IT WORKS GREAT NOW.

I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOUR TIMES BEFORE IT WAS FINALLY REPAIRED. SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE AN IN HOME CONTRACT, I HAD TO CARRY IT EACH TIME. BUT I DON'T BLAME THE REPAIR SERVICE, I THINK IT WAS A DEFECTIVE COMPUTER.

I WAS NOT TO HAPPY WITH BEST BUY. THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE ARE GREAT, AND THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, BUT I FEEL THAT THE PRODUCT THEY SELL IS NOT GOOD. THEY HAVE CAME OUT TWICE TO FIX MY FRIDGE, AND THEY CANNOT COMPLETE THAT JOB.
