For food and stuff like that we have Fresh Direct.

I have a membership card so I don’t get charge for delivery. I pay a flat fee for the year. What I like about them is their service and I don’t have to take extra time out of my day to go grocery shopping I can just order online. That makes sense to me and they are on time and their produce is good or decent. They have wide variety of organic and natural foods more so than any single grocery store within a 5 -10 minute radius of my house.

It goes well every time. We have deliveries almost every week. My wife and I compile a weekly and quot;wish listand quot;. She places the order, then we sit back and wait. The next day, nice people bring the order inside the house, They will put it anywhere you ask. Our storage is on the second floor, and they always carry everything up. Yes, a tip is appeciated.

The service is very good and if there is a mistake they will correct it immediately. You won't be charged for any of their mistakes and they'll always be quick about getting back with you.

I like it, but I tend to spend too much money. It is like going to the supermarket without moving. They also will tell me everything I bought in the past. I order on the internet and I have to have my order in by 11:59 p.m. the previous evening to get my order the next afternoon. The quality of the products is excellent; better than I would get in a supermarket around here. I can order anything ranging from groceries to pet food; it is like a big supermarket. I can buy a 3-month delivery pass for $69 and I order about every 10 days. I order a lot of heavy stuff and, since they charge by weight, it does save me money. I cannot go food shopping on my own so it is either this service or depend on other people. The quality and responsiveness is excellent. They give me a two hour delivery window and if they deliver late they will extend my service pass another week. The delivery man is very nice.

A wonderful online shopping experience. This is how easy it is: 1. Browse the mouth watering food depts and make your selections; 2. Provide your address; 3. Choose a date/time for delivery (only a 2-hour window....how great is that); 4. Provide credit card info; 5. Check out. Your order will be delivered by a courteous driver, everything neatly packed. And, if you have questions or concerns you can email or call customer service. A knowledgeable and professional employee will put your mind at ease. Last year a delivery person noticed a wet spot on one of the boxes. Upon inspection he found a plastic container of olives with a crack at the bottom. He urged me to call customer service. Not only did they credit my account for the olives, they gave me $15. for property damage because I mentioned a few drops of olive juice landed on the living room rug. I've ordered from Fresh Direct numerous times and have always found the employees to be courteous, professional and accommodating....and, the food selection is unbeatable.

Their pricing is adequate for their service. I have used them for years. They have a great selection, good prices, and fabulous customer support.

This is a very good company to deliver groceries to your home or apartment in the NYC area. I highly recommend it.

It was delivered right on time at a time I chose, it was packaged conveniently, and was a good quality. I was very satisfied.

They are on time and cordial. They are also very polite and helpful.

They're wonderful. I have never had a problem that wasn't taken care of immediately. An apple, one of four, was mushy, they removed the cost of all four from my bill. It's customer service like this that makes the company well worth the delivery charge.

I've been very pleased. Their prices are fair. Minimum order is 40 dollars.
