I was somewhat surprised they didn't carry the tank but still. I then got an somewhat frantic call from the owner asking me to pay by credit card for the coolant. I'd already sent them a check for the service call. Why he couldn't take a check for the coolant also surprised me. When the owner started to demand that I also give him the 3-digit code from the back of the card, I baulked as that is NOT required to process the credit card, and leaves me WIDE open to identity theft. He told me everybody gives him the codes so what's my problem? He basically started to yell at me and I hung up.
